An experienced PRINCE 2 qualified programme manager with the depth and breadth of experience from 20 years of “Real World” programme delivery. Combines strong programme management skills, with good commercial acumen, and knowledge of technology; able to see the “big picture”, and help to develop strategy, working closely with senior executives, creating efficient, and effective plans, seeing them through to completion. Possessing considerable drive and energy, leading both teams and individuals with a focus on getting things done.
